How do I become a PHC member?

If you are interested in serving as an AmeriCorps/PHC member follow the directions below:

Go to http://www.americorps.gov/for_individuals/ready/index.asp

• Create an account by selecting the “Click here to create an account” link on the right side of the page and then follow the instructions for completing an account

• If you already have a MyAmeriCorps account, select the “Click here to log-in” link

• Once you have created an account, return to (http://www.americorps.gov/for_individuals/ready/index.asp) and log-in.

• Follow the menu on the left side and complete the application and two references forms

• Select the “Search Listings” link and enter the following information:

• Program Type: AmeriCorps State/National

• State: PA

• Program: Philadelphia Health Corps

• Select the Philadelphia Health Corps listing (#5134)

• Click on Apply Now

Your application will be sent to the Philadelphia Health Corps.
